The Peabody Distinguished Alumnus/a Award is the highest honor bestowed upon an alumna/us of Peabody College. Graduates who have demonstrated significant achievements in his/her chosen profession, earned high respect amongst their colleagues, and whose impact is felt on a national or international level are eligible for the award following their twentieth reunion. Nominations are reviewed annually during the fall semester and an honoree is selected by a Peabody faculty committee. The award is presented by the Dean during Commencement ceremonies in May.
To nominate an outstanding graduate, please complete each section of the form below. The nominator must provide all materials pertinent to the nomination. The Selection Committee will not conduct further research on behalf of any nominee. The nominee should be available to participate and speak at Peabody's Commencement May 11, 2012.
