HOD Minor

The minor in Human and Organizational Development consists of 18 credit hours in the following courses:

Required Courses: 9

HOD 1000 Applied Human Development
HOD 1100 Small Group Behavior
HOD 1200 Understanding Organizations

Elective Courses: 9
Nine hours at the 2000-level with either:

1. All nine hours in a given H&OD track:

• Community Leadership and Development

• Health and Human Services

• International Leadership and Development

• Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness

• Public Policy

OR

 2. Two of the five introductory track courses:

• HOD 2400 Global Dimensions of Community Development

• HOD 2510 Health Service Delivery to Diverse Populations

• HOD 2600 Community Development Theory

• HOD 2700 Leadership Theory and Practice

• HOD 2800 Policy Analysis Methods

And
One additional 3-hour HOD course
