Welcome to your new intellectual home for the next four years. We’re thrilled you will be joining us. The Human and Organizational Program (HOD) is an exciting major that produces well-rounded, mature and highly competent graduates. Drawing heavily from the fields of psychology and organizational development, HOD studies human behavior in community and organizational settings. We believe this will give you the knowledge and skills you’ll need to be successful both personally and professionally.
