Curriculum
The M.Ed. in Organizational Leadership is a 36-credit-hour program consisting of five main areas of study: Leadership and Organizations Core; Social Context of Leadership; Organization as Learning Environment; Leadership and Organizational Change and Development; and Studying Organizations. Students also have the opportunity to take elective courses within or outside of the OL program. Finally, students are required to complete a an internship experience and pass a comprehensive evaluation.
