Catherine Gavin Loss is a faculty member in the Department of Leadership, Policy and Organizations and coordinator for the Master of Public Policy (M.P.P.) Program and the Doctoral Program in Educational Leadership and Policy (Ed.D.).

Catherine holds a Ph.D. in education from the University of Virginia and specializes in the history of American education and twentieth-century education policy and reform.
