Application for Doctoral Programs
Initial steps for completing your online application:
- Check the admissions timeline to familiarize yourself with important dates and deadlines.
- View and/or print the admissions checklist to be sure your application materials will be complete.
- When you submit the first page of your electronic application, you will be given a user ID and password.
- Using your ID and password, you will be able to re-access and edit your application.

The application fee is waived for online applicants.
If you are unable to apply online:
- Check the admissions timeline to familiarize yourself with important dates and deadlines.
- View and/or print the admissions checklist to be sure your application materials will be complete.
- Download the application packet (in pdf), print the pages, and submit your paper application ($40 fee required). Adobe Acrobat must be installed on your computer to view the documents. To download the Acrobat Reader software, click here.
- If you are unable to use the printable application for any reason you may submit an online request for a paper admissions and financial aid packet to be delivered to your home address. Return with $40 application fee.
